Guidance for setting up your UWA Profile and adding publications to your profile and the Repository.

What and where is my UWA Profile?

The UWA Profiles and Research Repository is an open platform where you can discover UWA staff and HDR students, find information about their research, teaching, grants, and activities, and access their research outputs. Discover more information About the Repository.

Maintaining a complete and up-to-date UWA Profile is an essential aspect of promoting your research, your teaching and yourself within and beyond the University community. A properly prepared profile has the potential to:

  • attract internal and external collaborators;
  • attract future students;
  • highlight your expertise, publications and achievements to the wider community and media.

How do I populate my profile?

If you are a UWA staff member or HDR student, you will need to ensure that your profile is populated with key information. This includes:

Login to start updating your profile today:

  1. Go to the homepage of UWA Profiles and Research Repository
  2. Click on   in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Log in with your UWA single sign-on details:
    staffnumber@uwa.edu.au and Uni ID password or studentnumber@student.uwa.edu.au and Uni ID password
