UWA Profiles and Research Repository Support

What and where is my UWA Profile?

The UWA Profiles and Research Repository is an open platform where you can discover UWA staff and HDR students, find information about their research, teaching, grants, and activities, and access their research outputs.

Maintaining a complete and up-to-date UWA Profile is an essential aspect of promoting your research, your teaching and yourself within and beyond the University community. A properly prepared profile has the potential to:

  • attract internal and external collaborators;
  • attract future students;
  • highlight your expertise, publications and achievements to the wider community and media.

If you are a UWA staff member or HDR student, login to start updating your profile today:

  1. Go to the homepage of UWA Profiles and Research Repository
  2. Click on login to the UWA Profiles and Research Repository here link
  3. Log in with your UWA single sign-on details:
    staffnumber@uwa.edu.au and Pheme password or studentnumber@student.uwa.edu.au and Pheme password

HDR and Professional Staff profiles

HDR students* and professional staff profiles are not public by default. To request that your profile is made public please email help-repository@uwa.edu.au.

HDR students are required to connect their ORCID iD prior to requesting a public profile.

*This includes current PhD, Masters by Research students and Masters by Thesis and Coursework students where the research component is more than 66%. Profiles will be disabled once a student completes their course or leaves the University.
