Guidance for setting up your UWA Profile and adding publications to your profile and the Repository.

Adding In-Kind Grants

In-kind grants not recorded in ROAP can be added manually as a prize/award in the Repository using the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
  2. Click the green +Add content button
  3. Select Prizes/Awards then In-kind Award
  4. Enter the relevant metadata into the record ensuring fields marked with a red asterisk are filled in.
    1. Under Prize information, enter the Title of the award, a brief Description (including the monetary value) and, if possible, add the Granting Organisation/s.

  1. Use the Add person functionality to add any other recipients to the to record.

 

  1. Click Save at the bottom of the record.

Your new in-kind record will appear on your profile within 24 hours.
