In-kind grants not recorded in ROAP can be added manually as a prize/award in the Repository using the instructions below:

1. Log in to the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
2. Click the green +Add content button
3. Select Prizes/Awards  then In-kind Award
4. Enter the relevant metadata into the record ensuring fields marked with a red asterisk are filled in.
5. The type should be entered as “in-kind”.
   
6. Description of the in-kind award including monetary value can be added into the description field.
   
7. If possible, add the awarding organisation.
   
8. Use the Add person functionality to add any other recipients to the to record.
9. Click Save at the bottom of the record.
   
10. Your new in-kind record will appear on your profile within 24 hours.
