Connect your Scopus ID to your UWA Profile. This will make your author journey smoother by ensuring correct author matching in other systems like the research performance measuring tool SciVal.

To add your Scopus ID:

1. Log into the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
2. Click on Edit profile.
3. Scroll down to ID and click Add ID…
4. From the dropdown menu, select Scopus Author ID and add the ID number. If you don't know your ID number, use the Find your ID in Scopus feature. See the Scopus page in our Citations, Altmetrics and Researcher Profiles guide for instructions on verifying and merging multiple Scopus profiles.
5. Set the verification status for ID to Verified.
6. Click Create and then Save.

While you’re in this section of your profile, you may also like to link your Google Scholar Profile and/or your favourite social media profiles like LinkedIn and Twitter. These links will show under your profile photo in your public profile:

To add links:

1. Log into the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
2. Click on Edit profile.
3. Scroll down to Links and click Add link…
4. Select Link type from the drop-down menu, ie. LinkedIn, and add the Web address (URL) of the profile or website
5. Click Create and then Save.
