Guidance for setting up your UWA Profile and adding publications to your profile and the Repository.

ORCID Syncing error

As of July 22nd 2024, there has been an error with ORCID exporting from the Repository. Your records may not be syncing with the ORCID website.

To check whether you are affected, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
  2. Click on Edit profile.

  1. Scroll to the field named ORCID
  2. Check the Last exported date (greyed-out text in brackets under your ORCID). The date should be 22 July 2024 or later.
  3. If this date is before 22 July 2024, please re-authenticate. 

  1. Click Save at the bottom of the window.
