Guidance for setting up your UWA Profile and adding publications to your profile and the Repository.

Adding teaching units

You can add current UWA Teaching units to your profile. Once you have added a unit, a Units tab will appear in your profile:

 

  1. Log into the UWA Profiles and Research Repository with your UWA SSO credentials.
  2. Click the green +Add content button.
  3. Select Teaching unit (UWA)
  4. Add the unit information, ensuring all the fields with an asterisk are filled:
  • To add a unit Title, enter the unit code followed by a space and then the title.
  • Enter the Start date for the unit. An End date is not compulsory.
  • Under Course level, select from the options Undergraduate, Postgraduate Coursework, or Postgraduate Research.
  • Under Format, select from the options Course or Unit.It is not necessary to enter anything in the Occurrences field.

  • Under Taught by, you can add other staff teaching in this course.
  • It is not necessary to enter anything in the Occurrences field.
  1. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

 

It is recommended that you update your profile each Semester to remove units that are no longer running.
