You can easily change the ownership of any of your surveys from within your QuestionPro account.

QuestionPro does possess the functionality to distribute surveys via SMS. Please note however, that SMS credits are not included in the QuestionPro Institutional subscription. If you choose to distribute surveys via SMS, the associated costs will not be covered by the Institutional licence and must be covered personally or by your research team using a personal or team credit card. 

You can share a Folder of surveys with one or multiple colleagues. Individual surveys can also be shared without moving them into a folder.

Anyone you would like to share a survey with must first access UWA's QuestionPro subscription. Accessing the UWA QuestionPro link for the first time will automatically create a UWA QuestionPro account.

Please note that:

• If moving a survey to a shared folder, ownership of the survey transfers to the Owner of the shared folder.
• Only the Owner of a shared survey can edit the Design of the survey.
• Only the Owner of a shared folder can move a survey back out of a shared folder to an individual account (although a copy of the survey can be saved to an individual account).
• Shared surveys or shared folders of surveys may not be immediately visible in your QuestionPro account after sharing. Please try closing and re-opening QuestionPro to see recently shared surveys.
