FAQs

UWA’s licence allows for up to 300 questions per survey.

The presentation text, section headings, and section sub-headings are considered 'questions', and are counted towards this limit.

Yes, you can customise the look and feel of your surveys, including adding a logo.

You can easily change the ownership of any of your surveys from within your QuestionPro account.

Changing ownership of the survey

QuestionPro does possess the functionality to distribute surveys via SMS. Please note however, that SMS credits are not included in the QuestionPro Institutional subscription. If you choose to distribute surveys via SMS, the associated costs will not be covered by the Institutional licence and must be covered personally or by your research team using a personal or team credit card.
