If you're a UWA student, staff member or visitor, use your Uni ID account to log in to UWA Collected by clicking the ‘Log in’ button and entering your credentials.

If you don’t have a Uni ID account you can log in or register with an email address and password by clicking ‘Log in or register without a Uni ID’.

Registering is not essential, but if you’re a frequent user of UWA Collected, it may be beneficial for you to register so you can save items, group saved items into your own collections, contribute items and stories, and suggest edits for review.

You can login or register via the ‘Login’ icon on the Navigation Panel (the icon text will change to ‘My Profile’ when successfully logged in) or the Login link at the top of the webpage.

The Navigation Panel appears on the lefthand side. You may see different options depending on your site access and whether you're logged in.

Home takes you back to the homepage from any page on the site. Browse All lets you browse the publicly available site content and apply filters. Search lets you run a new keyword search. My History keeps a record of your viewing history once you’re logged in. Once you log out or close your browser window, this information will be cleared. My Profile allows you to manage your personal information on the site and change your login credentials and logout. This icon says ‘Log in’ when you’re not logged into the site. My Collection allows you to view and organise Items you have saved. The More menu contains links to help and contact pages   The following icons are visible next to text, images and objects in an item record. They allow you to explore the item in more detail: The Image Display Toolbar Lets you view the OCR / Transcription on the Item Zooms image to 100% Fits image into the window (width and height) Fits image width to window Fits image height to window Rotates image 90° clockwise to view - does not change view for others Opens image in ‘Pan and Zoom’ mode Click and drag the magnifying glass up and down to adjust zoom The Text Toolbar Lets you view the OCR / Transcription on the Item Lets you view where your search keywords appear in the text Shows or hides highlighted search terms The 3D Item Tool Opens the file viewer for 3D objects   Back to top of page
