Finding drug information

This guide is intended to assist researchers in finding current, best practice information regarding drugs and drug prescribing. The guide will also help answer questions about a range of vitamins, alternative therapies and dietary supplements.

When selecting the right information resource, ask yourself:

-Is it evidence based?

-Is it current?

-Is it relevant to your patient/situation?

Start your search in OneSearch using your research skills to identify accurate, unbiased and evidence based resources. The Library subscribes to many databases that will assist you in making informed decisions related to safely prescribing, dispensing and delivering medication.
