LinkedIn Learning is an online educational platform that helps you learn technology-related, creative and business skills, though course videos presented by experts.
It includes EndNote Essential Training, a 1hr, 23 minute course consisting of 25 short videos across 7 modules. Note that these videos demonstrate EndNote X8, however this functionality is the same in EndNote X9 - the version currently supported by UWA. Where relevant, alternative commands for use with Macs are also provided. It includes exercise files so you can try out your learning as you go.
To access LinkedIn Learning, you will need to activate your account. Once activated, search for EndNote and choose EndNote Essential Training.
Hands-on EndNote training classes are held at the various libraries at UWA for staff and students. Please register for a class by clicking on the date displayed in the calendar below and make note of which library they are held at and at what time.
Classes are generally offered in the first half of semester. Please get in touch with your Faculty Librarian Team (details below) if you require an overview of EndNote outside of the scheduled times.
